Sporting activities
Physical Education and Sports classes are supervised by two teachers who take part in the activities with the students and are very attentive to how each student integrates the collective student body according to their abilities. Whether the goal is individual or collective; effort and achievement of said goal are valued which correlates with the educational principles of Eurécole College.
The students are grouped as follows: the 6th grade practice with the 7th grade and the 8th with the 9th grade.
PE classes are located :
- Stade de la Muette (Paris 16) : team sports, athletics
- Neuilly swimming pool : Swimming trimester
- Dojo hall (15e) : gymnastics, wrestling, acrosport
Various initiations to sport are organised throughout the year (indoors football, Nordic walking, karate, etc.) in order to introduce students to new disciplines.
A great sport’s day event concludes each school year with all the students, teachers and parents.
PE teachers also intervene in class to discuss how one maintains a healthy lifestyle (sleep duration recommendation, nutritional advice, prevention of injuries, etc.). They actively participate in an integration program, which is partly founded on team-building sports activities.

Prevention
Prevention workshops are led throughout the year by the teaching team during the weekly time dedicated to Class school life (45 mins). Pupils are free to discuss the problems they encounter in their class or in their daily lives. The management team and teachers listen to defuse potential conflicts and maintain harmonious relations between students.
The Mission de Prévention de la Police du 8e arrondissement makes a specific intervention each year in each class in order to raise students’ awareness of concerns related to their age group (bullying, harassment, use of social networks, dangers linked to the consumption of alcohol or narcotics, etc.).
ASSR Review – Road Safety
As part of road safety education, 7th and 9th grade pupils prepare for the ASSR examinations ( school road safety certificate). In conjunction, 6 th and 8th grade students prepare to anticipate for the exam the following year.
An organisation approved by the Ministry of French National Education administers the tests for our students each year within our establishment.
